Driven by a pressing need to equip their Adult Education Instructor employees with foundational knowledge about Adult Learning Theory, this company aspired to develop a comprehensive, user-friendly online course. This crucial training was designed to cover key areas such as Exploring Andragogy and its Role in Adult Learning, Effective Instructional Strategies for Adult Learners, as well as the Effective Use of Technology in Adult Learning.
