  • How to export the learning data to Google Sheets

About the Webinar

Learning experience designers often need to save various course data. For example, you may want to know what answer options the learners select in the knowledge checks, in what order they view the slides, how many points they score, which optional content they access, which links they click, etc. Sometimes, these records are even needed due to compliance requirements.
There are two easy ways to start saving Storyline course data. In this webinar, we will discuss and demonstrate both ways to export learning data. We will also provide you with the knowledge and tips you will need to develop courses that export any learning data you need.

  • How you can export learning data to a PDF file

About the Webinar

The need to save course data to external mediums comes up quite often in everyday instructional design work. You may want to save the answer options a learner selects to a Google Sheets document in order to be able to see patterns and trends, or store other variables such as scores and typed values in order to be able to produce advanced reports that go beyond the capabilities of your LMS. Saving data to a downloadable PDF file is also useful in many scenarios. For example, you may want to generate a custom PDF for each learner showing how they did on the quiz or documenting the typed entries they submitted. Exporting data to both Google Sheets and PDF is a useful skill that any learning experience designer should have.
